READY-MIX CONCRETE
Concrete is the product made by combining cement, fine and course aggregate (crushed stone, gravel, sand), fly ash or chemical admixtures, and water.
Chemical admixtures can be used for reduced setting time, reduced water requirements, and enhanced freeze/thaw protection. United Materials produces ready-mix concrete in various strengths. Ready-mix concrete is batched at United Materials’ main office and transported to the job site. We also have a mobile batch plant that can be set up at a construction site for close-proximity production.
